Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or e-commerce, with a track record of contributing to projects that delivered clear results. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. SQL proficiency is mandatory. Strong logical thinking, with the ability to perform descriptive data analysis and identify issues. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility in data validation and incentive payout processes. Proactive learner who quickly adopts new technologies (especially AI) and has a growth mindset. Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Transportation, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in Operations Excellence / Continuous Improvement or Business Analyst / Data Analyst roles; experience in operations/logistics is preferred. - Strong skills in process improvement, process standardization, SOP development, and improvement project management. - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, as well as advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, advanced functions, data modeling). Knowledge of at least one programming language, with a strong preference for Python; JavaScript is a plus. - Strong reporting and data visualization (dashboard) skills.
